Maybelline The Eraser Eye | review

The Eraser Eye - £7.99
From my recent posts, some of you may know that I had been using the Rimmel Wake Me Up concealer to try and cover up the dark circles under my eyes. I gave up with that a few months ago after I picked this product up in boots. The Eraser Eye Perfect & Cover Concealer by Maybelline. This item is designed specifically for the under eye area, so I figured it was a better option than using a regular concealer.

The packaging is very cool, it has a little 'pom pom' applicator (as my friend likes to call it) which is very gentle on the skin. To apply the product you turn the collar a few times, aka the burgundy bit, and the product is released. You then dab the pom pom on your dark circles and blend it in with your finger or a brush - I prefer using my finger because it gives me a little bit more coverage. The applicator is protected with an anti-microbial system which kills any microorganisms that may get on it *shivers at the thought*.

Not only does The Eraser Eye work with dark circles, it also conceals and smooths out fine lines. The product is also buildable but due to its slight shine I don't tend to do it.

To say the least, this concealer does work very well. It brightens up dark circles and doesn't crease throughout the day as long as you set it with powder. I wouldn't recommend this for someone who has extreme dark circles but it is definitely something you should all give a try. I use it everyday and it hasn't failed me yet! I purchased it in the shade Light.

You can buy this here for £7.99.

I'm officially on Easter break *does a random dance*.
Have you got anything planned?

Keep smiling :)
Love Abbey x
