Huge MUA Haul

A few months ago as I was randomly searching the internet looking at clothes I wasn't even going to buy, I stumbled across the MUA website. I have quite a few MUA products already, including my much loved Power Pouts which you all know I love, so the brand was definitely familiar to me.

Whilst on the website I added a few things to the basket (okay that was a lie - a LOT of things) and next thing I knew they were being shipped to my doorstep. Here's what I bought..

MUA Haul // Lipsticks

I saw these lipsticks for £1 each, I repeat £1 each, and straight away I knew they were a bargain. There were a lot of shades to choose from, I eventually chose 8 including 3 mattes not expecting great quality due to the price. After applying them for the first time I was impressed, they have great pigmentation and last a reasonable amount of time on the lips. A full review will be up on the blog soon!

MUA Haul // Blushers and Eyeshadow

Next I purchased a Shimmerkisses Blusher in the shade pink shimmer kisses - inventive name. I loved the colours of this and it looked like a great product to try out - it was £3. I then got an Extreme Metallics eyeshadow in Go Getter that contains 4 shimmery shades suitable for any look whether it be for day or night. I've heard a lot about these MUA Blushers so I decided to pop one in the basket. I quite like pale, baby pink shades when buying a blusher so I went with Cupcake which will look great for the spring/summer seasons.

MUA Haul // Eyeshadow Palette and Single Eyeshadow

I can't get enough of eyeshadows so I obviously couldn't go without buying a few palettes. I saw these eyeshadow palettes in Superdrug but never thought to pick them up, and at £4 I can't seem to give a reason as to why. I got Starry Night which contains a mixture of pale blues, purples and pinks along with the palette Glamour Days that consists of mattes and shimmer shades from dark browns to creams. I then saw the single pearl eyeshadows for £1 and decided to give them a go. There were over 25 shades available but I eventually chose Onyx which is a dark, shimmery blue with so much pigmentation. I definitely recommend you having a look at these!

It wouldn't be right for me to go on the MUA website and not buy some Power Pouts! I decided to buy the 3 I didn't have; Irreplaceable, Runaway and Broken Hearted. They are great lip crayons and my local Superdrug always has them out of stock so I'm happy with this purchase. Moving on I also got the Intense Kisses High Intensity Gloss which was something I'd been eyeing for a while, I decided to get it because it was such a cute red and the reviews were great. Finally (phew) I purchased the Sweet Sheen lip balm in Cherry Bomb, it's a very moisturising lip product but and very similar to the Maybelline Baby Lips in Cherry Me which I also love!

Have you tried any MUA products?

Keep smiling :)
Love Abbey xx
